Nothing here sheds into your food.
Olive wood, acacia, areca palm, ceramic, steel. Every surface that touches what you eat is a material people cooked with long before plastic existed.

Why we don’t sell plastic
Every time a knife crosses a plastic cutting board, it takes a little of the board with it. Nylon spatulas soften against a hot pan. That material has to go somewhere, and it mostly goes into the food. Wood, ceramic and steel don’t do that — they wear the other way.
An olive wood board picks up a patina. A steel edge gets honed back. An acacia bowl darkens a shade every year. Same objects, twenty years on.
